To pair your Garmin DriveTrack 71 in-vehicle dog tracker, first enable "Broadcast Dog Data" in the handheld's setup menu. Make sure both the handheld and Drive Track 71 are updated, powered on, and within 10 feet. When pairing is successful, a green checkmark will appear on the Garmin DriveTrack 71 screen.
