1 – Customer Sales & Technical Support – This position will take customer’s orders by phone; assist customers with troubleshooting their equipment; provide trade in quotes; assist walk-in customers; and other duties that coincide with this position. Must be organized, team player, customer/people person, and if you have any Garmin product experience that is a plus, but not required; must like dogs. This is a full time position typically with overtime hours. Monday through Friday work days and some Sunday’s will be required. Health Insurance Benefits available. Pay based on experience and knowledge.
2 – Shipping Department – This position is responsible for packaging and shipping orders daily. This position requires you to be on your feet all day, pull and packing orders, and some heavy lifting. Must be organized; team player; must like dogs; phone skills preferred, not required. This is a full time position typically with overtime hours. Monday through Friday work days and some Sunday’s will be required. Health Insurance Benefits available. Pay based on experience and knowledge.
3 – Customer & Admin Support – This position will be a multi-faceted position. This position will assist with phone support; assist the Sales & Technical Support Team with data entry; provide backup to the shipping team; and provide assistance as need to the administrative team. Must be organized, must have computer and phone/customer service experience; must like dogs; must be a team player. This is a full time position typically with overtime hours. Monday through Friday work days and some Sunday’s will be required. Health Insurance Benefits available. Pay based on experience and knowledge.
4 – Prep/Workroom/General Support – We are looking for either part-time or full-time employee for this position. Responsibilities include but not limited to: packaging products for sale, testing, cleaning and packaging trade in equipment for resell, production of several custom products; assisting with large shipment loads, and other duties as assigned. Must be organized, a team player, and must like dogs. Monday through Friday work days and some Sunday’s will be required. Health Insurance Benefits available for full time position only. Pay based on experience and knowledge.
OutdoorDogSupply.com is an online dog training and track supplies store that is owned by Heather and Billy (“Beach Billy”) Gray. Billy has a pack of long legged hunting beagles that run both on the outside for deer and in the pen for foxes and coyotes. Billy came to Heather a few years ago wanting this new dog tracking equipment. He was using beep-beep collars, but his buddy at his hunting club had this new Garmin dog tracking equipment. They were already in the pet fences and remote training business locally, so Heather looked at this as a business opportunity.
Garmin’s dog product line has grown quickly, expanding the Garmin Alpha, Garmin Astro 430 and Garmin Astro 320. Their collar line has developed to the Garmin TT10s to the Garmin TT15, Garmin DC30 grew to DC40 , then DC50, and currently the Garmin T5. Garmin recently included a mini line of equipment (Garmin MINI TT15 and MINI T5 collars) specifically to fit smaller dogs. Garmin purchased Tri-Tronics to increase their equipment capabilities. They merged the technology of Astro dog GPS tracking with the proven quality and performance of the Tri-Tronics training collar line to create the Garmin Alpha Tracking and Training System.
Our online dog training and track supplies store continued to expand our product line including the Delta Series Remote Trainers, Pro 70, Pro 550, Sport Dog, and E-Collar Technology remote trainers. We have a large full line of accessories to support the Garmin Alpha and Astros. Name tag collars, dog leads and leashes, medicines, a large selection of used Garmin products, and other useful products are provided.
Besides having the largest variety of Garmin dog products and accessories, we also have a wonderful team here to help our customers. Our online dog training and track supplies store has a technical support team with vast knowledge who are avid hunters and dog runners to help customers that purchase equipment from us.
