Outdoor Dog Supply’s 60 day return policy:

Most items* are eligible for a full money back refund if the product is unused, unworn and in the original packaging and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Orders returned within 31-60 days are eligible for exchange or store credit. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

• If an item is returned within the 60 day return period and not in original packaging, a 20% deduction will be applied. If an item is returned and it is missing accessories, the retail price of that accessory will be deducted from your return. 

Exclusions: 

• Products marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customized products can not be returned. These items include, custom numbered field trial blankets and custom brass name plates.
• Products marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If an item is returned used, worn and not in original packaging, we will contact you and inform you that a return cannot be processed. At that time we will offer to return it back to you and quote you the return shipping cost.
• Supplements or medications that have been opened can not be accepted.
• Items that come in smelling like cigarette smoke, if we cannot get the smell out will not be accepted for return.
• We can not accept returns on items that have labels on the original manufacturer boxes as shown in this image below.

We process all returns within 24-48 hours from the time we receive them. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed back into your bank account.

If Checkout+ is purchased at time of checkout return shipping will be covered. Otherwise you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchange Policy

Outdoor Dog Supply is happy to exchange any product within our 60 day return period. The merchandise sent back for an exchange must be in new condition, and in the original packaging, including manuals, blank warranty cards and accessories provided by the manufacturer. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost back to us, but we will cover the postage for the newly exchanged item.
