Outdoor Dog Supply is one of the only Garmin dealers to offer in-house tech support. We pride ourselves in helping our customers get the best out of their tracking and/or training equipment.  We are not able to do technical support by email due. Please contact the office during business hours of Monday through Friday from 8 to 6 EST. We will be happy to assist you.  If you call outside of our normal operating hours our phones are answered by an Answering Service (live person - we hate an answering machine) and we will return your call the next business day.
