Step 1: Make sure your collar is powered off, connect your charging clip to the collar and connect the USB cable to a power source – you can use a wall adapter or computer. Make sure your collar light is on.

Step 2: Quickly press the Power Button 4 times – each time you press the button you should hear a quiet tone from the collar

Step 3: Wait for the light to turn green and then red

Step 4: Disconnect the USB and Clip from the collar

Step 5: The collar has now been reset and can be re-added to your box. If it did not reset try the sequence again.

Please note: It is ok to master reset on a Mac/Apple computer, but it is not safe to update the software using a Mac/Apple. We recommend only doing these updates on a Windows based computer.
