Boundary Flags for Underground Pet Fences
Train your pet effectively with the professional-grade invisible fence flags from Outdoor Dog Supply, designed for everyday use by pet fence companies. These flags are built to last, unlike the short, flimsy, or cheap plastic types that are hard to install and prone to bending or breaking. Our pet boundary training flags stand approximately 12 inches tall, featuring a sturdy metal pole and a white flag adorned with the Outdoor Dog Supply logo, boundary training flags, and our website details in vibrant orange.
Setting up the flags is straightforward: align them with the beep from your receiver collar to mark the correct locations along your fence line. For optimal spacing, simply take three long strides from one flag to the next, approximately every 6 to 10 feet. It's important to mark your entire fence line, including any areas that loop around obstacles like flower beds or pools. With 100 flags, you can mark up to approximately 1000 ft of your underground fence boundary.
After about two weeks, begin to phase out the flags to help your pet adjust to its new boundaries. Start by removing every other flag every two days, gradually reducing their presence until all are removed. This gradual removal process, spreading over more than a week, helps your pet adapt smoothly to the fence boundaries as the flags slowly fade away.
