We offer free shipping on all orders.

Easy Loader Kennels Return Policy:

We offer a 30 day return policy on Easy Loader Kennels. Returns over 30 days will not be accepted.
Items must be returned unused, unopened and in original packaging to receive a refund.
A restocking fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund for repackaging and restocking.
Returned items are inspected upon return to the manufacturer. Any evidence of alteration, damage or use will be noted and photographed and the value of the items will be deducted from the refund total.
Refunds may take a minimum of 14 business days upon receiving the returned merchandise due to inspection, repackaging and restocking.
